If a partner shares a Studio link, we ask permission to remember the first valid partner for 30 days using a signed first-party cookie. You can decline; no referral cookie is then stored. This works only in the same browser on the same site, not across devices or within Stan Store checkout.

When you submit a new registration or enquiry, the referral is stored separately from your answers. The studio owner can review the source; partners see aggregate counts and their manually verified commissions, never your name, email or message. No referral details are sent to advertising services. Course commissions are recorded manually after sales are verified.

When you use a form on this website — the contact form, the Resmeldt Year application, or a newsletter sign-up — we collect only what you type into it: typically your name, email address and the content of your message or application.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with marketers.

Contact and application submissions are used for one purpose: to read what you wrote and reply to you personally.

Newsletter sign-ups are used to send you occasional notes from the studio. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Learn AI Fast course waitlist: the waitlist is closed. Emails collected through it are used only to announce the launch of the Build with Lovable course and are not part of the newsletter. Ask to have yours removed via the contact page.

Learn AI Fast Prototype Sprint: the sprint is booked through the Stan Store. Requests previously sent through this site are stored so I can reply personally and agree the scope and a time. You can ask for any of this to be removed via the contact page.

Submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database operated through the third-party infrastructure providers used to run the studio's digital services, and are visible only to the studio's founder.

Emails are sent through a transactional email service acting as a data processor. Anonymous, aggregate page-visit statistics may be collected to understand how the site is used; these do not identify you.

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to hello@resmeldt.studio and we will take care of it personally — usually within a few days.
